This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through contract drafting and legal risk assessment on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: regulators have moved from guidance to enforcement across several sectors, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with service level agreements, intellectual property and company secretarial practice in their own organisation.
