Practical Consolidation and Group Reporting

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through financial statement preparation and lease accounting on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: boards increasingly expect finance to explain the business, not only report on it, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with financial instruments, working capital management and audit readiness in their own organisation.
