This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through tender evaluation and supplier relationship management on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: supply disruption has become a standing operational risk rather than an exception, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with ethical sourcing, contract administration and supplier performance measurement in their own organisation.
