Practical Corrective and Preventive Action
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through internal auditing and proficiency testing on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: method validation is frequently treated as paperwork rather than as evidence, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with supplier qualification, measurement uncertainty and equipment calibration in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Spot where supplier qualification is failing before it becomes a finding, measured against ISO 9001
- Put measurement uncertainty on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Bring equipment calibration into line with current good practice
- Review accreditation preparation and say plainly whether it is working
