Practical Crisis Management
Risk and Compliance|3 days|Classroom or live online
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through compliance monitoring and operational risk on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: compliance obligations have multiplied faster than compliance capacity, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with key risk indicators, scenario analysis and business continuity planning in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Review key risk indicators and say plainly whether it is working, measured against the three lines model
- Spot where scenario analysis is failing before it becomes a finding
- Take ownership of business continuity planning rather than escalating it
- Make a decision about risk reporting to the board without waiting for a specialist
