This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through dashboard design and SQL querying on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: most organisations have more dashboards than decisions that depend on them, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with scenario modelling, KPI definition and storytelling with data in their own organisation.
