Practical Data Protection and POPIA
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through regulatory compliance and cross-border contracting on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: contract value leaks quietly through weak administration rather than through litigation, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with contract interpretation, commercial law fundamentals and competition law in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Take ownership of contract interpretation rather than escalating it, measured against POPIA
- Bring commercial law fundamentals into line with current good practice
- Review competition law and say plainly whether it is working
- Spot where contract lifecycle management is failing before it becomes a finding
