This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through data governance and forecasting techniques on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: reporting effort scales badly when the underlying model is wrong, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with pivot table analysis, data modelling and scenario modelling in their own organisation.
