Practical Dispute Resolution

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through contract drafting and regulatory compliance on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: regulators have moved from guidance to enforcement across several sectors, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with contract interpretation, company secretarial practice and dispute resolution in their own organisation.
