This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through commercial law fundamentals and intellectual property on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: regulators have moved from guidance to enforcement across several sectors, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with legal risk assessment, employment law and regulatory compliance in their own organisation.
