Practical Enterprise Risk Management

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through fraud risk management and control testing on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: boards are being asked to evidence oversight, not merely assert it, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with risk identification, risk assessment methodology and internal audit interface in their own organisation.
