This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through technical record keeping and data integrity on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: method validation is frequently treated as paperwork rather than as evidence, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with root cause analysis, accreditation preparation and non-conformance management in their own organisation.
