Practical Feasibility Studies
Project Management|3 days|Classroom or live online
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through work breakdown structure and project closure on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: organisations run more projects than they have capacity to govern, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with cost estimation, risk registers and lessons learned in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Make a decision about cost estimation without waiting for a specialist, measured against agile delivery practice
- Review risk registers and say plainly whether it is working
- Bring lessons learned into line with current good practice
- Spot where portfolio prioritisation is failing before it becomes a finding
