Practical Financial Statement Analysis

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through consolidation and revenue recognition on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: audit findings are now a reputational matter as much as a technical one, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with cost allocation, deferred tax and budgeting and variance analysis in their own organisation.
