Practical Fraud Risk Management

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through crisis management and control testing on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: compliance obligations have multiplied faster than compliance capacity, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with business continuity planning, operational risk and control design in their own organisation.
