Practical ISO 17025 Implementation
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through quality management systems and accreditation preparation on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: method validation is frequently treated as paperwork rather than as evidence, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with supplier qualification, reagent management and document control in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Put supplier qualification on a footing they can defend to a reviewer, measured against ISO 17025
- Explain reagent management to someone who does not do the work
- Make a decision about document control without waiting for a specialist
- Take ownership of equipment calibration rather than escalating it
