Practical Laboratory Internal Auditing
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through reagent management and non-conformance management on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: quality managers are often appointed from the bench without management training, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with internal auditing, corrective and preventive action and supplier qualification in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Take ownership of internal auditing rather than escalating it, measured against good laboratory practice
- Explain corrective and preventive action to someone who does not do the work
- Spot where supplier qualification is failing before it becomes a finding
- Bring proficiency testing into line with current good practice
