Practical Legal Liability for Safety

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through root cause analysis and safety auditing on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: environmental obligations are increasingly enforced against named individuals, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with risk assessment, confined space entry and emergency preparedness in their own organisation.
