Practical Microbiological Testing
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through corrective and preventive action and method validation on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: an accreditation finding can stop a laboratory trading in a way no other quality failure does, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with internal auditing, data integrity and root cause analysis in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Put internal auditing on a footing they can defend to a reviewer, measured against ISO 9001
- Take ownership of data integrity rather than escalating it
- Improve root cause analysis within their own organisation
- Make a decision about quality management systems without waiting for a specialist
