Practical Non Conformance Management
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through quality management systems and sample handling and chain of custody on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: method validation is frequently treated as paperwork rather than as evidence, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with internal auditing, corrective and preventive action and method validation in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Spot where internal auditing is failing before it becomes a finding, measured against SANAS accreditation requirements
- Take ownership of corrective and preventive action rather than escalating it
- Review method validation and say plainly whether it is working
- Bring laboratory safety into line with current good practice
