This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through supplier qualification and non-conformance management on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: method validation is frequently treated as paperwork rather than as evidence, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with technical record keeping, reagent management and data integrity in their own organisation.
