Practical Quality Management Systems
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through internal auditing and method validation on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: quality managers are often appointed from the bench without management training, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with non-conformance management, laboratory design and measurement uncertainty in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Take ownership of non-conformance management rather than escalating it, measured against ISO 9001
- Spot where laboratory design is failing before it becomes a finding
- Improve measurement uncertainty within their own organisation
- Review document control and say plainly whether it is working
