Practical Regulatory Compliance

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through corporate governance and contract drafting on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: regulators have moved from guidance to enforcement across several sectors, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with competition law, data protection under POPIA and company secretarial practice in their own organisation.
