Practical Regulatory Reporting
Risk and Compliance|3 days|Classroom or live online
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through crisis management and scenario analysis on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: compliance obligations have multiplied faster than compliance capacity, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with third party risk, key risk indicators and risk culture in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Improve third party risk within their own organisation, measured against the Basel framework
- Take ownership of key risk indicators rather than escalating it
- Spot where risk culture is failing before it becomes a finding
- Explain internal audit interface to someone who does not do the work
