Practical Risk Reporting
Risk and Compliance|3 days|Classroom or live online
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through key risk indicators and risk identification on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: boards are being asked to evidence oversight, not merely assert it, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with combined assurance, third party risk and business continuity planning in their own organisation.
