Practical Root Cause Analysis
Laboratory and Quality Management|3 days|Classroom or live online
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through laboratory safety and sample handling and chain of custody on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: method validation is frequently treated as paperwork rather than as evidence, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with document control, data integrity and method validation in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Improve document control within their own organisation, measured against ISO 9001
- Take ownership of data integrity rather than escalating it
- Review method validation and say plainly whether it is working
- Put technical record keeping on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
