Practical Scenario Analysis
Risk and Compliance|3 days|Classroom or live online
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through risk culture and crisis management on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: compliance obligations have multiplied faster than compliance capacity, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with internal audit interface, business continuity planning and scenario analysis in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Improve internal audit interface within their own organisation, measured against the three lines model
- Put business continuity planning on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Spot where scenario analysis is failing before it becomes a finding
- Bring risk appetite and tolerance into line with current good practice
