Practical Statistical Process Control

3 days|Delivered on request

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through equipment calibration and measurement uncertainty on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: quality managers are often appointed from the bench without management training, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with data integrity, supplier qualification and corrective and preventive action in their own organisation.

What delegates leave able to do

  • Put data integrity on a footing they can defend to a reviewer, measured against ISO 9001
  • Bring supplier qualification into line with current good practice
  • Make a decision about corrective and preventive action without waiting for a specialist
  • Improve reagent management within their own organisation
