Practical Succession Planning for Executives

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through mergers and integration and performance dialogue on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: the gap between a stated strategy and what the organisation actually does is where most value is lost, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with strategic planning, board reporting and negotiation at senior level in their own organisation.

Per delegate, for the full 5 days. Covers tuition, course materials and refreshments. Excludes travel and accommodation.
