Practical Supplier Auditing

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through e-procurement systems and supply risk assessment on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: supply disruption has become a standing operational risk rather than an exception, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with inventory optimisation, ethical sourcing and spend analysis in their own organisation.
