Practical Survey Design and Analysis

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through forecasting techniques and data quality management on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: most organisations have more dashboards than decisions that depend on them, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with dashboard design, data cleaning and preparation and scenario modelling in their own organisation.
