Practical Tender and Bid Management

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through warehouse operations and strategic sourcing on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: supply disruption has become a standing operational risk rather than an exception, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with supplier relationship management, supplier development and contract negotiation in their own organisation.
