Practical Third Party Risk

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through crisis management and regulatory reporting on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: risk registers are widely maintained and rarely used in an actual decision, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with business continuity planning, operational risk and risk identification in their own organisation.
