Practical Whistleblowing and Protected Disclosure
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through legal risk assessment and contract lifecycle management on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: regulators have moved from guidance to enforcement across several sectors, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with intellectual property, cross-border contracting and service level agreements in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Put intellectual property on a footing they can defend to a reviewer, measured against POPIA
- Bring cross-border contracting into line with current good practice
- Make a decision about service level agreements without waiting for a specialist
- Explain company secretarial practice to someone who does not do the work
