Proficiency Testing Reporting and Analytics
Laboratory and Quality Management|3 days|Classroom or live online
Proficiency Testing Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through laboratory safety and accreditation preparation and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because quality managers are often appointed from the bench without management training. Delegates leave able to work confidently with measurement uncertainty, technical record keeping and data integrity in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Explain measurement uncertainty to someone who does not do the work, measured against SANAS accreditation requirements
- Put technical record keeping on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Review data integrity and say plainly whether it is working
- Make a decision about internal auditing without waiting for a specialist
