Programme Management Reporting and Analytics
Project Management|3 days|Classroom or live online
Programme Management Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through agile and scrum practice and work breakdown structure and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because organisations run more projects than they have capacity to govern. Delegates leave able to work confidently with benefits realisation, risk registers and quality assurance in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Take ownership of benefits realisation rather than escalating it, measured against agile delivery practice
- Put risk registers on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Spot where quality assurance is failing before it becomes a finding
- Review project reporting and say plainly whether it is working
