Project Coordination: Tools and Techniques
Project Management|3 days|Classroom or live online
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through change control and resource planning on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: organisations run more projects than they have capacity to govern, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with project reporting, portfolio prioritisation and lessons learned in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Make a decision about project reporting without waiting for a specialist, measured against agile delivery practice
- Explain portfolio prioritisation to someone who does not do the work
- Improve lessons learned within their own organisation
- Review quality assurance and say plainly whether it is working
