Project Documentation Reporting and Analytics
Project Management|3 days|Classroom or live online
Project Documentation Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through project reporting and cost estimation and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because the coordination layer is usually the least trained and the most load bearing. Delegates leave able to work confidently with critical path analysis, project closure and resource planning in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Take ownership of critical path analysis rather than escalating it, measured against agile delivery practice
- Review project closure and say plainly whether it is working
- Make a decision about resource planning without waiting for a specialist
- Explain agile and scrum practice to someone who does not do the work
