Project Management Fundamentals Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through critical path analysis and scheduling and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because organisations run more projects than they have capacity to govern. Delegates leave able to work confidently with project initiation, agile and scrum practice and quality assurance in their own organisation.
