Project Risk Management Reporting and Analytics
Project Management|3 days|Classroom or live online
Project Risk Management Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through scheduling and scope definition and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because most project failure is visible in the schedule long before it is admitted in the status report. Delegates leave able to work confidently with lessons learned, project closure and critical path analysis in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Explain lessons learned to someone who does not do the work, measured against PRINCE2
- Make a decision about project closure without waiting for a specialist
- Bring critical path analysis into line with current good practice
- Improve resource planning within their own organisation
