Quality Management Systems: Tools and Techniques

3 days|Delivered on request

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through data integrity and laboratory design on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: an accreditation finding can stop a laboratory trading in a way no other quality failure does, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with supplier qualification, root cause analysis and quality management systems in their own organisation.

What delegates leave able to do

  • Take ownership of supplier qualification rather than escalating it, measured against ISO 9001
  • Spot where root cause analysis is failing before it becomes a finding
  • Put quality management systems on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
  • Explain technical record keeping to someone who does not do the work
