This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into corporate governance, commercial law fundamentals and the judgement calls that sit outside the Companies Act. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because regulators have moved from guidance to enforcement across several sectors. Delegates leave able to work confidently with employment law, board procedure and data protection under POPIA in their own organisation.
