Revenue Management Reporting and Analytics
Public Sector and Municipal Management|3 days|Classroom or live online
Revenue Management Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through performance management in government and annual reporting and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because officials are held personally accountable under legislation many have never been trained on. Delegates leave able to work confidently with supply chain compliance in government, revenue management and audit action planning in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Improve supply chain compliance in government within their own organisation, measured against the Batho Pele principles
- Bring revenue management into line with current good practice
- Spot where audit action planning is failing before it becomes a finding
- Put service delivery planning on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
