This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into internal controls, budgeting and variance analysis and the judgement calls that sit outside the Companies Act. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because audit findings are now a reputational matter as much as a technical one. Delegates leave able to work confidently with management accounting, financial instruments and deferred tax in their own organisation.
