Risk Register Design Reporting and Analytics
Risk and Compliance|3 days|Classroom or live online
Risk Register Design Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through business continuity planning and crisis management and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because risk registers are widely maintained and rarely used in an actual decision. Delegates leave able to work confidently with risk appetite and tolerance, key risk indicators and risk identification in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Put risk appetite and tolerance on a footing they can defend to a reviewer, measured against COSO ERM
- Improve key risk indicators within their own organisation
- Bring risk identification into line with current good practice
- Review regulatory reporting and say plainly whether it is working
