This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into laboratory safety, data integrity and the judgement calls that sit outside ISO 9001. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because quality managers are often appointed from the bench without management training. Delegates leave able to work confidently with measurement uncertainty, supplier qualification and method validation in their own organisation.
