This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into risk assessment, legal appointments and duties and the judgement calls that sit outside the Construction Regulations. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because environmental obligations are increasingly enforced against named individuals. Delegates leave able to work confidently with safety culture, confined space entry and emergency preparedness in their own organisation.
