Safety Management Systems Reporting and Analytics
Health, Safety and Environment|3 days|Classroom or live online
Safety Management Systems Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through root cause analysis and waste management and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because environmental obligations are increasingly enforced against named individuals. Delegates leave able to work confidently with contractor safety management, emergency preparedness and personal protective equipment in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Improve contractor safety management within their own organisation, measured against ISO 14001
- Review emergency preparedness and say plainly whether it is working
- Take ownership of personal protective equipment rather than escalating it
- Bring environmental impact assessment into line with current good practice
