Scenario Analysis
Risk and Compliance|3 days|Classroom or live online
This Scenario Analysis programme gives delegates a working command of risk assessment methodology and key risk indicators, grounded in the Basel framework. Organisations invest here because boards are being asked to evidence oversight, not merely assert it. Delegates leave able to work confidently with risk appetite and tolerance, control testing and risk culture in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Explain risk appetite and tolerance to someone who does not do the work, measured against the Basel framework
- Review control testing and say plainly whether it is working
- Take ownership of risk culture rather than escalating it
- Put risk reporting to the board on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
