Scenario Planning for Non-Specialists
Executive Leadership|2 days|Classroom or live online
Scenario Planning for Non-Specialists is built for delegates who need to be useful in this area quickly. It starts at first principles and works through executive presence and mergers and integration without assuming prior specialist training. The programme exists because board expectations of executive communication have risen sharply, and because capability in this area is usually built on the job with no structure behind it. Delegates leave able to work confidently with strategic planning, leading distributed teams and innovation leadership in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Spot where strategic planning is failing before it becomes a finding, measured against the King IV governance code
- Bring leading distributed teams into line with current good practice
- Make a decision about innovation leadership without waiting for a specialist
- Take ownership of crisis leadership rather than escalating it
